      聚苯乙烯(polystyrene microsphere,PS)微球具有粒径小、比表面积大、分散性好、易于修饰改性等特点,常被用于医学诊断,具备在横向层析流动检测中作为检测材料的潜力。通过调控温度、乳化剂和单体用量等因素,使用乳液聚合法制备了符合横向流动层析检测使用条件的PS微球,并通过种子修饰法和溶胀法将PS微球进行羧基化和荧光化,最后在横向流动层析检测试纸条中加以运用。最终,成功制备了粒径为50 nm左右的PS微球,并证明了荧光羧基化PS微球在试纸条中定量检测标志物浓度的可行性。
英文摘要:
      Polystyrene (polystyrene microsphere,PS) microspheres possess small particle size, large specific surface area, excellent dispersion, and facile modification. They are commonly employed in medical diagnostics and hold potential as detection materials in transverse chromatographic flow analysis. This study aims to prepare PS microspheres meeting the requirements for transverse chromatographic flow analysis by adjusting factors such as temperature and emulsifier and monomer dosage, and the PS microspheres was carboxylated and fluorescent labeling through seed modification and swelling, ultimately applied in the development of a transverse chromatographic flow detection strip. The successful preparation of PS microspheres with a particle size of approximately 50 nm was achieved, and the feasibility of fluorescence-based carboxylated PS microspheres for quantitatively detecting marker concentrations on test strips were successfully demonstrated.
