| 采用打压测试、金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜对暖风热交换器用铝合金复合材料折叠管内腐蚀试验的失效原因进行了综合分析。结果表明:在暖风芯体折叠管的折弯处发生了多个位置的腐蚀泄漏,并非由材料内部含有异物或异常元素引起;开裂、起皱等表面质量缺陷是引起暖风热交换器腐蚀泄漏的直接原因,其腐蚀机制为缝隙腐蚀和电偶腐蚀的综合作用。改善成形管材的表面质量,可有效防止暖风热交换器腐蚀泄漏发生,提高使用寿命。 |

| The failure reasons for aluminum clad material folded tube used in heat exchanger of heater during internal corrosion test were analyzed by means of pressure test, optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that corrosion leakage occurs in many places in the bending of folded tube of heater core, which is not caused by foreign matter or abnormal elements in the material. Surface defects such as cracking and wrinkling are the direct cause of corrosion leakage of heat exchanger. Improving the surface quality of the forming tube can effectively prevent the corrosion and leakage of the heat exchanger and improve the service life. |
