| 采用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和摩擦磨损试验机等设备,研究了不同退火温度下CuZn35Mn2SiPb试验合金的微观组织、力学性能和摩擦磨损性能.试验结果表明:随着退火温度的升高,α相逐渐上升,在500℃时达到峰值,之后又逐渐下降,而α相数量是影响磨损性能的关键因素,随着α相的增多,磨损深度越来越浅. |

| The microstructure and wear performance of CuZn35Mn2SiPb alloy for experimental use were studied at different annealing temperatures by using metallurgical microscope,scanning electron microscope and friction abrasion testing machine.The results indicated that α phase gradually increased with annealing temperature and it reached maximum value at 500℃ and then it gradually decreased.The number of α phase is the critical factor that exerts impact on wear performance.The more the number of α phase is,the better the wear performance is. |
