| 镁合金板带材目前成为国内外科研机构和生产企业研制、开发和工业化生产的热点.对比同为轻质结构材料且力学性能相近的铝板带材，镁合金板带材目前的生产应用还存在着非常大的差距.通过对目前铝板带材应用领域、应用特点、应用量以及应用趋势的论述和总结，分析了镁合金板带材特有应用和在航空航天、交通运输领域对铝板带材进行金属替代应用的前景.同时，在对几个典型镁合金板带材建设项目进行分析的基础上，结合产品生产工艺技术和市场推广应用，提出了生产线以及加工设备规模化和专业化、工艺技术多样化和借鉴化、生产连续化和低成本化、新上项目平稳和逐期过渡化、生产线工程设计专业化、产品多样化和差异化、板带材深加工协作化和就地化、扩大产品应用以市场需求为推动化等观点和建议. |

| Global research and industrial production have been focused on Mg alloy strip by research institutions and production enterprises respectively.Mg alloy strip is still much less than that light and good mechanical performance of Al alloy strip.This paper reviews the current widely used Al alloy strip on various area, with specific features and prospects the application of Mg alloy strip, replacing of Al alloy strip, in aerospace and transportation.Several typical construction projects on Mg alloy strip have been analyzed, and considered the production technique and market promotion we propose several suggestion, such as scale and specialization for the production line and equipment, diversification and reference for the technology, continuous and low-cost production, smooth and periodical transition for new projects, design specialization for the production line, diversification and differentiation for product, collaboration for product deep processing, market demanding for expanding the product applications. |
